Try reaching out to your employer or email service provider for temporary access. Log in to your account, and change your account email to one that you have access to.

- Contact the Support Team here.
- In the email, explain that you are unable to access your current email address and provide the following information:
- Your current email address associated with your account (the one you can't access).
- The new email address you would like to use and associate with your account.
- Be sure to include any additional relevant details or account information that can help us verify your identity and assist you promptly.
- Once you have provided all the necessary information, send the email to our support team.
Our support team will review your request and work on swapping your current email address with the new one you provided. We will communicate with you through the email address you've contacted us from, so please keep an eye on your inbox for any updates or further instructions.
