Changing your email

If you use an email and password to manage your account 

To update your email address, follow these steps:

1. Go to your Profile settings.

2. Click on Account settings in the dropdown menu.

3. Navigate to the Change Email section and enter your new email address. Make sure to enter your password to confirm the change.

If you are unable to add the new email, it indicates that it already exists in the system and is linked to another account. In this situation, we recommend reaching out to our Support Team for assistance in freeing up the email.

If you have content associated with the new email, you can request to merge your accounts

If you use an SSO to manage your account

To change your email account, please reach out to the Support Team for assistance. Once a new email is added to your account, you will need to clear your browser cookies and log in again using the same SSO provider.
