How do I activate my 30-day free trial?
Activating your 30-day free trial is simple! If you've attended our webinar, you'll find a link to the trial page where you can get started. Click the link to begin your trial period and explore the Classroom feature in-depth.
What happens to my Classroom data after the trial ends?
At the end of your 30-day trial, your Classroom workspace will transition to a view-only mode. This means that while you won't be able to add or make changes to your content, you'll still have access to view and share the valuable resources you've created during the trial.
Can I extend my free trial of the Education plan?
Unfortunately, the trial period for the Education plan is fixed at 30 days and cannot be extended. We encourage you to make the most of this period to explore and experience the Classroom feature's benefits.
How do I pay for the Education plan after my free trial?
When your trial period concludes, you'll have the opportunity to smoothly upgrade to the Education plan. To do so, follow the instructions available in your account settings. At this point, you may also be directed to consult with our sales team to ensure you get the most out of the full range of Classroom features.
Who is eligible for the trial?
The 30-day free trial is available to anyone who attended our webinar and accessed the trial page via the provided link. Existing Wakelet users on individual or individual pro plans will have an Education workspace created for them to try out the Classroom feature. Education or Education Pro plan users will not be impacted, as they already have access to the feature. Legacy plan users will receive a new Education workspace with the Education plan during the trial.
Important note for new users:
If you're a new user, please be aware that you cannot access the trial directly upon sign-up. To take advantage of the trial, you'll need to attend our webinar and use the provided link to access the trial page.
