Refund policy

Refunds are applicable in only one specific scenario: when a user has subscribed to Individual Pro on an annual basis but chooses to cancel or downgrade their subscription before the completion of the 12-month billing period. Refunds are not available for any other subscription plans, including Education and Education Pro.

For Individual Pro users with an annual subscription, refunds are granted for any full months remaining in the subscription period. For example, if you decide to cancel during the sixth month, you will be eligible for a refund corresponding to the remaining unused six months. However, please note that refunds are not provided for partial months under both annual and monthly subscriptions.

If you are on a monthly payment option for Individual Pro, cancelling your subscription will result in the premium features ending at the end of the current month.
