For Education Pro and Enterprise Pro Plans: Billing details and contacts for these plans can be updated by reaching out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager.
To update your invoice details:
- Click your profile picture/avatar at the top-right corner.
- Select "Workspace settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Go to "Plan > Manage."
- You'll be redirected to the billing management powered by Stripe.
- Under "Billing Information" click "Update information"
- Enter your updated address, phone number, name, and email in the respective fields, then click "Save" to confirm the changes.
