Changing billing details

For Education Pro and Enterprise Pro Plans: Billing details and contacts for these plans can be updated by reaching out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager. 

To update your invoice details:

  1. Click your profile picture/avatar at the top-right corner.
  2. Select "Workspace settings" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Go to "Plan > Manage."
  4. You'll be redirected to the billing management powered by Stripe.
  5. Under "Billing Information" click "Update information"
  6. Enter your updated address, phone number, name, and email in the respective fields, then click "Save" to confirm the changes.
