Our package for districts is priced per user account, per year. Please get in touch on at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote for your school/district.
What does per user account, per year mean?
One user account is equivalent to one teacher or one student account, linked to a single district email address.
Where can I use the plans?
Wakelet can be used on the web, on iOS and Android mobile apps and via a mobile web browser.
How can I update my billing contact?
Simply contact your dedicated Wakelet account manager and they will be able to update your contact information for you!
How can I pay my invoice?
Instructions for the options for paying your invoice, and the details required for bank transfers can be found on your invoice. Alternatively, simply reach out to your Wakelet account manager, who will be able to answer any questions.
How can I ask a question about my existing invoice?
Simply contact your Wakelet account manager, who will be able to assist you with any queries.
Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoice will be sent to your billing contact via email - if you require another copy, please contact your account manager.
Where do I send a purchase order?
Send your purchase order to your dedicated Wakelet account manager.
