If you're using Wordpress.org, you can most likely embed just by pasting the code into the HTML of your post. You may need this plugin.
If you're using Wordpress.com it can be a bit trickier, as they restrict embeds to certain sites. It's still worth a try as some themes allow it, so try copying the embed code into the HTML of the post.
