How Do I Allow Notifications In My Browser?

In order to make the most out of Wakelet's notifications feature, you need to make sure your browser is set to allow push notifications.

To make it as easy as possible, we've put together a quick instruction guide on how to allow notifications in the most popular browsers.

Once you’ve enabled notifications in the browser, make sure to return to the settings area in Wakelet to turn on push notifications.

How to enable notifications in Google Chrome

- At the top right of the screen, click Customise and Control. (It looks like three dots).

- Click Settings.

- Go to Privacy and Security on the left side of the screen.

- Click Site Settings.

- Scroll to Permissions.

- Click Notifications.

- Choose to allow notifications.

How to enable notifications in Microsoft Edge

- Click the More button in the top-right corner of the window. (It looks like three dots.)

- Click Settings.

- Click View advanced settings. You might have to scroll down a bit to find it.

- Scroll to Notifications.

- Click Manage.

- Make sure the switch underneath Wakelet is set to On.

How to enable notifications in Firefox

- Click on the Settings button in the top right corner of the window. (It looks like three lines).

- Click Options.

- Click Content at the left of the page.

- Tick the box to enable Notifications.

How to enable notifications in Opera

- Go to Settings.

- Click Advanced in the left sidebar, and click Privacy & Security.

- Click Site Settings.

- Click Notifications.

- Turn on Notifications.
